Garry Ringrose's pathway is one of the classic modern Leinster backline stories: Blackrock College, UCD, Ireland U20, Leinster and Ireland. He came through Blackrock College as a skilful centre with the footwork and timing to stand out early, then moved into UCD and the Leinster system at a time when Ireland were looking for the next long-term midfield option.
